Ordering Policy:

All orders that are placed with en Vogue Ontario that are in regions where we have distributors may be transferred to the distributor in that area. We have a policy with our distributors that all orders in their region will be routed through their order desk.

Shipping Pricing:


Return/Exchange Policy
We require that the consumer call us in advance prior to any returns in order to obtain return instructions. We will accept returns within 15 days of the order date with a receipt for products that have not been used.  Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. All products are guaranteed to perform as specified in our quality control procedures. If the product does not meet the expected quality, an exchange will be made for the same product purchased. en Vogue Ontario has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.

Damaged Product & Returns
Exchange of damaged merchandise only. Allow 3 working days for processing. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Refund will be made through PAYPAL only.
